RETURN POLICY

We don’t accept customized goods returns.

Items that are non-refundable:
1. All products over 100USD
2. Any parts with custom graphics, custom logo prints, etc.

Please first read our warranty policy if there are any accessories that fail, then contact our customer service and we’ll help you solve the issue asap.

REFUNDS

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund. Please allow 7 business days to see a refund on your PayPal Account.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. The bank or payment processing service may take up to 3-7 business days to transfer the funds back into your account.

International shipments: Once we ship out your goods and offer you the tracking NO, but you fail to communicate with the shipping company to do Customs Clearance and receive the goods when they arrive in your country, the shipping company will destroy your package and you won’t get refunded from us. And WhatGrow won’t take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.
